Informational service only

ClariSail is designed to help travelers review discounted or promotional cruise opportunities, understand pricing more clearly, and request follow-up from cruise-selling partners. ClariSail is not the cruise line and may not be the final booking party.

No traveler fee

There is no charge for a traveler to use ClariSail. Any booking, purchase, payment, cancellation, or travel-related contract is between the traveler and the cruise line, travel advisor, agency, or other provider handling the booking.

Partner referrals

When you submit a form, you agree that ClariSail may review your request and refer your information to a cruise vacation company, travel advisor, or partner that may contact you regarding the offer you requested or similar matching opportunities.

Pricing transparency

ClariSail aims to present pricing and offer details clearly, but actual availability, taxes, government fees, gratuities, upgrades, resort stays, optional excursions, and other charges may vary by provider and itinerary. Travelers should confirm final pricing and terms with the booking party before making a purchase.

Manual verification

Requests may be reviewed manually to help improve fit, reduce bad submissions, and route inquiries to an appropriate partner. Submission of a form does not guarantee that a specific cruise, price, or cabin category will be available.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep offer information useful and current, but pricing, inventory, terms, and sailing details can change without notice. ClariSail does not guarantee any specific rate, upgrade, or departure date unless confirmed by the final seller.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, misuse the forms, attempt to interfere with the site, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClariSail is not liable for decisions, bookings, cancellations, itinerary changes, or disputes arising from services ultimately provided by cruise lines, agencies, travel advisors, or other third parties.
